Deleting your account

Permanently delete your account and everything in it from Settings › Account › Delete account.

You can delete your account yourself at any time.

Before you delete

Deleting is permanent and can't be undone. To keep a copy, use Download my data on the same page first. See Download your data.

If you own a team workspace that other people use, make someone else its owner or delete the workspace first.

Delete it

  1. Go to Settings › Account.
  2. Under Delete account, choose Delete my account….
  3. Type DELETE to confirm, and your password if asked.
  4. Choose Delete permanently.

What is deleted

Every project, animation, upload, credit balance and integration key, and any connected-service tokens. Any subscription is cancelled. You get a last email confirming it.

Your data is removed from the live service at once, and from our encrypted backups within 30 days. Invoices stay with Stripe for as long as tax law requires.

Deleting single things

To remove one animation, deck, graphic, logo, idea or project instead, delete it from the studio. It goes to Trash first, where you can restore it for 30 days or delete it for good. See Trash, restore and undo. You can also revoke a share link, delete a lead, or revoke an API key without closing your account.
