Changelog
What’s new in Programmable, newest first. For how-tos, see Help.
- ImprovedProgrammable Capture 1.3The Chrome extension can mark up captures with arrows, boxes, highlights and text, hide details in the picture itself, put captures in order, blur every email on a page, and keep its tray in a side panel. It sends to graphics, saves to Ideas from the right-click menu, shows who you're signed in as and speaks Spanish. Your tray now empties only once the studio has everything, and full-page capture works in web apps that scroll inside a panel.
- NewGetting startedThe Set up pill now opens Getting started: your first steps and a short tour of animations, graphics, decks, logos, Ideas with the Capture extension, publishing and website components. A tour also sits at the top of the page it's about until you finish or hide it, and each step ticks itself off once it has really happened.
- NewTrash, and undo in every editorAnything you delete now waits in Library › Trash for 30 days, where you can restore it or delete it for good. Every editor can undo and redo with Cmd/Ctrl+Z and Shift+Cmd/Ctrl+Z, or the new buttons in its toolbar.
- NewComments and notificationsAnimations, decks, graphics and logos have a Comments tab: pin a comment to a beat, slide, format or concept, reply, @mention a teammate and resolve threads. A bell at the top of the sidebar lists comments, mentions, approvals, finished videos, new leads and account notices.
- ImprovedApprovals for everything, and a team activity logApprovals before publishing now cover decks, graphics and logos as well as animations. Owners and admins can see 90 days of what happened in a team workspace under Settings › Team, filtered by person and type.
- NewShare graphics and logosGive a graphic or a logo its own page with a share link: every size of a graphic, or a logo on light and dark with its colours and type. Downloads are optional, and the Share dialog counts views.
- NewMore ways to downloadGraphics download as JPG, WebP, PDF and SVG as well as PNG. Decks export to PowerPoint with editable text, tables, charts and speaker notes.
- ImprovedDeck links that collect emailsA shared deck can ask for an email after its last slide, with sign-ups in Publish › Leads, and its Share dialog shows how many times it has been viewed.
