Download your data

You can take a copy of everything in your workspace whenever you like, without asking us.

Download everything

1. Go to Settings › Account.
2. Under Download your data, choose Download my data.
3. We prepare one zip in the background. You can leave the page; we email you when it's ready.
4. Download it from the email's link or from the same place in Settings. It is available for 24 hours, then deleted.

The zip holds your animations with their code and versions, decks, graphics, logos, ideas, chats, projects, brand kit, leads and uploads. It never includes passwords, API keys, webhook secrets or connected-service sign-ins.

A personal workspace can download its own data. For a team workspace, the owner downloads it while that workspace is selected. You can ask for a few downloads a day.

Single things

• Animations: Export gives you MP4, GIF, PNG, HTML, React source and a Project backup (the brief, source code and chat in a JSON file). See Exports and formats.
• Decks: Export as PDF, MP4, PowerPoint or a JSON backup of slides, notes and theme.
• Graphics: every size as PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF or SVG.
• Logos: the brand pack with SVGs, PNGs, favicons and app icons.
• Leads: Export CSV under Publish › Leads.

Your personal information

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information. Download my data covers most of this, and you can correct your name and email and delete your account in Settings › Account. For anything else, email [email protected] from the address on your account.

Where your data is kept

Programmable is hosted in the United States. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and which providers process it for us.
