Your account settings
Change your name, business name and email address, choose which emails you get, set up two-step sign-in and sign out from Settings › Account.
Your account settings are under Settings › Account.
Your profile
- Name: how you appear to teammates.
- Business name (optional): your company or project.
Choose Save profile when you've made your changes.
Changing your email address
Under Email, choose Change email and enter the new address, then Send link. We email a link to the new address; open it within 24 hours to finish the change. Your old address gets a note that it changed. Your sign-in for every Programmable app moves to the new address too.
If the new address already belongs to another account, it isn't changed.
Email notifications
- Email notifications: when an animation or MP4 is ready, feed digests, and a few tips and reminders, like a note when credits run low.
- Email me when someone signs up: an email when someone leaves their email on one of your animations, at most one every 10 minutes for each form.
Emails about a failed payment are always sent, so you know before your plan stops.
Signing in
Your Programmable account uses a shared sign-in page. If you forget your password, use the reset link there. You may be asked to accept our Terms and Privacy Policy when you first sign in, and again when they change.
If you see Two-step sign-in, you can add a code from an authenticator app. See Two-step sign-in and company SSO.
Your data
Download my data prepares one zip of your workspace. See Download your data.
Sign out
Sign out ends your session on this device.
Workspaces
If you belong to team workspaces, switch between them and your personal workspace from the menu at the top of the sidebar. See Team workspaces and roles.
