Changing things by chat

Ask for changes to an animation, deck, graphic or logo in your own words, compare before and after, then save or discard.

Everything you make has a chat. Say what to change in your own words and the studio makes the change.

Before and after

For graphics, logos and decks, each change is shown as a proposal with the before and after side by side. Choose Save to keep it or Discard to throw it away. Nothing changes until you decide.

You can keep asking in Home's chat right after something is made, or open the chat from the item's editor. Either way the chat is kept under Recent chats and reopens where you left off.

Versions

Every saved change makes a new version. Open Versions to see earlier ones and restore any of them.

What you can do next

Below a result, What you can do next suggests useful follow-ups, such as making graphics from the same idea or downloading the files. You can hide these suggestions.

Actions by chat

The chat can do more than edit. You can ask it to:

  • Rename something.
  • Add it to a project.
  • Share a deck, graphic or logo, or stop sharing it.
  • Download it.
  • Delete it (it goes to Trash, where you can restore it for 30 days).

The studio always asks first and runs the action only when you confirm.

Undo

In the editors, a change you accepted from the chat is one step you can undo with Cmd/Ctrl+Z. The chat itself is never undone. See Trash, restore and undo.

When AI isn't available

Renaming, downloading and adding to a project work without AI. Changes made by AI need AI to be available to your workspace: credits, or your own keys on a BYOK plan.
