Seats

Every person in a team workspace uses a seat, and the workspace's plan includes a number of them.

Seats per plan

• No plan: 1 (the owner).
• Starter: 3.
• Pro: 10.
• Studio: 25.

The owner counts, viewers count, and so do open invitations, so a workspace can't invite more people than it has seats for. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.

See your seats

Settings › Team shows Seats: how many are used, how many members and open invitations there are, and what the plan includes.

If the workspace already has more people than seats (for example after moving to a smaller plan), everyone stays. You just can't invite anyone new until a seat is free or you add more.

Add seats

If you see Extra seats in Settings › Team, owners and admins can add seats to the workspace's own plan at the price shown there. Use the plus and minus buttons, then Add seats. You're charged now for the rest of the billing period, then with your plan.

Remove seats credits the unused time on your next invoice. You can't remove seats that are in use.

Otherwise, move to a bigger plan in Settings › Billing.
