Projects
Keep everything for one launch or client in one place, with instructions and a brand every maker follows.
A project holds instructions, a brand and everything made for one launch, client or campaign.
Create a project
Choose New project under Projects in the sidebar, or type "create a project called Spring launch" on Home. Give it a name and it opens.
Instructions
Write who the work is for, the voice, facts to keep and what to avoid. Every animation, deck, graphic and logo made in the project follows them. For example: "Launching our spring menu to local regulars. Warm and plain-spoken. Always mention the opening date, 14 March. Never use stock-photo clichés."
Brand
A project uses your workspace's brand kit by default. Pick Its own brand for a client, a sub-brand or a campaign look, with its own colours and heading and body fonts.
What's in it
The project page shows its animations, decks, graphics, logos, ideas and chats. While a project is open, anything you make goes into it. You can also:
- Add to this project: bring in things you already made.
- Remove from this project: take something out; it stays in your Library.
Archive or delete
Archive project sets it aside, and Restore project brings it back. Delete project moves only the project to Trash, where you can restore it for 30 days. Everything in it stays in your Library.
You can also add several decks, graphics or logos at once from their Library tab: choose Select, pick them, then Add to project…. See Your Library.
