Your Library: search, sort, duplicate and select

Find anything you made, make copies, and delete or add several things to a project at once.

Library holds everything you have made, with a tab for each kind: Animations, Decks, Graphics, Logos, Component sets and Templates, plus Trash.

Search and sort

Each of the Animations, Decks, Graphics and Logos tabs has a search box and a Sort menu: Last edited, Newest, Oldest or Title A–Z. The Animations tab can also show one type at a time.

To search everything at once, press Cmd/Ctrl+K. See Keyboard shortcuts and search.

Duplicate

Duplicate makes a copy you can change without touching the original. It is on each card in the Library, and in the deck, graphic and logo editors, where the copy opens straight away.

Select several

On the Decks, Graphics and Logos tabs, choose Select, then pick items or Select all. You can then:

  • Duplicate them.
  • Add to project… to put them in a project.
  • Delete them, which moves them to Trash for 30 days.

Choose Done when you are finished.

Trash

Deleted things wait in Library › Trash for 30 days. See Trash, restore and undo.
