Notifications
The bell at the top of the sidebar lists comments, mentions, approvals, finished videos, new leads and account notices.
When you are signed in to an account, a bell at the top of the sidebar collects what has happened in your workspaces.
What shows up
- Comments on your work, and mentions of you.
- Approval requests, and decisions on what you sent for approval.
- Finished animations and MP4s.
- New leads from your sign-up cards.
- Low credits and failed payments.
- Teammates joining a team workspace.
- A scheduled post that didn't go out.
In a team workspace, each notice goes to the people it concerns. For example, billing notices go to owners and admins.
Reading them
The bell shows how many are unread. When something is waiting on you, such as an approval to give or a mention, the count turns amber and the notice says Waiting on you.
Choose a notice to open what it's about, such as the comment on a deck or the Leads page. Mark all read clears the count. Notices from another workspace show that workspace's name.
Emails
Some of these also come by email. Choose which in Settings › Account. See Your account settings.
