Starting from an HTML animation
Upload an existing HTML animation (up to 60 KB) and the studio rebuilds it, keeping its layout, colours, text and motion.
If you already have an animation as an HTML file, you can use it as the starting point for a new one. The studio rebuilds it, keeping its layout, colours, text, motion and timing, then applies whatever you ask to change.
Add the file
In Home's chat, add a .html file in any of these ways:
- Choose + › Upload images or an HTML animation.
- Drop the file on the chat.
- Paste it.
The file shows as a chip above the message box, and the box switches to making an animation. Then say what to change, such as "same animation, but in our brand colours and with the new pricing", and send.
Limits
- The file must be under 60 KB.
- It must contain HTML. If it doesn't, the studio asks for the animation's .html file.
- Embedded images and fonts make files large. Remove them and they are redrawn.
What happens to it
The studio reads the file's name and visible text so it knows what the animation is about, then builds a new animation from it. The result is a normal Programmable animation: you can edit it, share it, export it and change it by chat like any other.
Images and HTML together
You can add screenshots and an HTML file in the same message. The HTML becomes the starting point and the images become the product screens.
