The team activity log
Owners and admins can see 90 days of what happened in a team workspace, filtered by person and type.
A team workspace keeps a log of what people do in it, so owners and admins can see who made, shared, exported, approved or deleted what.
Open it
Go to Settings › Team with the team workspace selected. Activity shows the last 90 days, newest first. Only owners and admins see it.
Filter it
- Person: everyone, or one member.
- Type: Films, Decks, Graphics, Logos, People, Billing, Settings, Deletions, Shares, Exports or Approvals.
Choose an entry to open what it is about, where there is something to open.
How long it's kept
Entries older than 90 days are removed.
