Sharing graphics and logos
Publish a page for a graphic or a logo that anyone with the link can open, with optional downloads and a view count.
A graphic or a logo can have its own share link: a public page anyone with the link can open, without signing in.
Create the link
Open the graphic or logo and choose Share, then Create share link. You can also ask its chat to "share it".
- A graphic's page shows every size, with a switcher to move between them.
- A logo's page shows each version on light and dark, with its colours and type.
The page always shows the latest saved version. In a team workspace with approvals on, it shows the approved version. See Approvals before publishing.
Downloads
Downloads are off at first. Tick Let viewers download the images for a graphic (PNG files, one size or every size in a zip), or Let viewers download the brand pack for a logo.
Views and previews
The Share dialog shows how many times the page has been viewed, and Publish › Analytics includes it. Links pasted into chat apps and social posts show a preview image.
Stop sharing
Revoke link stops the link at once, or ask the chat to "stop sharing". Anyone who opens an old link, or a link to something you deleted, sees a page saying it is no longer shared. Sharing again makes a new link.
