Collecting emails with your animations
Show a sign-up card on your share link and embeds, see every sign-up under Publish › Leads, and send them to your CRM.
Any shared animation can collect email addresses with a sign-up card.
Turn it on
Open the animation, choose Share, then the Leads tab, and turn on Collect emails. Set up the card:
- Heading and Button text.
- When it appears: When the film ends or A few seconds in.
- Consent line: shown under the button. Say who will email them and how to opt out.
- Your privacy policy (optional).
- Thank-you message: shown after someone signs up.
The preview shows what visitors see. They can close the card and keep watching. The card shows on your share link and every embed.
See your leads
Everyone who signs up appears under Publish › Leads, with their email, the animation, where they signed up and when. Each animation's own sign-ups are also in its Share › Leads tab.
- Export CSV downloads the list.
- Deleting a lead removes their email, name and sign-up details from Programmable for good. Copies already sent to your CRM stay there.
Decks too
A shared deck can ask for an email after its last slide. Tick Ask for an email after the last slide in the deck's Share dialog; sign-ups land in Publish › Leads under the deck's title. See Decks.
Get an email for each sign-up
Turn on Email me when someone signs up in Settings › Account. You get at most one email every 10 minutes for each form. In a team workspace, owners, admins and editors get these emails, each with their own setting.
Send them to your CRM
Add a webhook endpoint that listens for New sign-up under Developers › Webhooks, then tick Also send each sign-up to your CRM in each animation's Share › Leads tab. See Webhooks.
If your workspace offers Connections in Settings, you may also be able to send sign-ups straight to a connected CRM, spreadsheet or email list.
