Affiliate terms

These terms apply when you join the Programmable affiliate programme from Settings › Earn. They add to our terms of service, which still apply to your account. The programme is run by Programmable, LLC. You can leave at any time by switching your link back to credits or by contacting us at [email protected].

1. What you earn

  • 20% commission on what each customer you refer pays us for plans, extra seats and credit top-ups during their first 12 months after they sign up. Amounts are after any discounts and refunds, and exclude taxes.
  • A customer counts as yours when they sign up through your referral link within 60 days of last opening it, and the referral is recorded with their new account. Each customer can be referred once; the first recorded referral wins.
  • You choose cash or credits for new sign-ups. Each referral keeps the choice in place when the customer signed up. The customer you refer gets their sign-up credits either way.

2. Holds and payouts

  • Each commission is held for 30 days, so refunds and chargebacks can be taken into account. Then it becomes available.
  • We pay monthly once your available balance is at least $50, by PayPal or bank transfer to the details you give in Settings › Earn. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn and for giving correct payout details.
  • If a payment is refunded or disputed, the matching commission is reversed, even after it was paid; we deduct it from later commission.

3. Fair play

  • No self-referral: commission is never paid on your own purchases, including through another account or a workspace you own.
  • Promote Programmable honestly. No spam, no misleading claims, no bidding on our brand name in search ads, and no pretending to be us. Don’t offer cash back or other incentives without our written agreement.
  • We may decline an application, or end a membership, at our discretion. If we end it for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we pay the commission you had already earned. Commission earned through a breach is not payable.
  • We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice; you’ll be asked to accept the new terms to keep earning.
